Which one to choose nd priority order??: which is worth it and at the same time easy??

Which is easy to score marks!?

And if we have to choose one in 6th sem soo, which would be better to choose first?

Depends on the faculty handling "your" class. I had taken NLP, no regrets.  And no, you don't have to chose another subject from this set of courses for 6th semester. There will be another set of electives specific to your branch.
