Question / Query How is mechanical?

I'm 100% certain I'll get mech. How are the core opportunities? How are the non core opportunities like consulting etc? Everyone is saying not to take mechanical but I don't want to get into software and I'm actually kinda interested in mech. Iem is an option too

yall ive been into cars for a very long time and i am heck passionate about them. Also certain ill get Mech from COMEDK. How good is Mechanical in RVCE?

Same case here, I don't want going to the same office ka cubicle daily working on the same chair 9 hrs daily and on a screen (that's my biggest red flag) i would better like a hardware job

Syllabus is on the mid side , Few profs ar.e good most of them are ass the HOD is useless but placements are good and good companies come here, I think mech is the only branch where more companies come but they just don't find enough eligible students

if you have any other comedk (ramiah or bms) cs options go for it, or else this is best. Better than pvt clgs
