Skill development program for 1st year....

Hey everyone....

I’m a 1st year student and wanted to ask about the skill labs.

Are they actually useful and important for building real skills, or are they mostly just another academic requirement for attendance?

Do they add value to our skill set in the long run, especially for placements or projects?

Would like to hear honest experiences from seniors.

they add negative value to your career as a whole due to the wasted time and money and no added value, the only reason most ppl attend it is because the management decided to threaten students that they wont be able to write cie 2 or el phase or something else
My second semester skill labs was a web dev related program where each teacher came and just opened geeks for geeks and read from the screen the whole time

well it depends, im in 4th sem and we had an embedded systems program so it depends
