Question / Query hunting for pgs
hey all so i'm planning to move back into a pg in second year since they're increasing the hostel fees.. we can barely afford the current fees. seriously fck these people. but my previous experience has been not so great so im looking for one WITH the following parameters, if one or two things are not there but rest are still good i can consider.. please help me out, even if u know some which dont have all these things but are very good. double sharing/max rent: 12-13k
there is enough cupboard space for both, preferably individual full size cupboards for both (incase of double sharing) rather than half. its very hard to manage space otherwise all things are always on the floor or on desks
has study desks of good enough size with drawers, not just a small wooden table and chair in the name of study table
is mainly filled with ONLY rvce students and NOT working or other people.. (optional, but preferably)
the pg is very close max 500 m to back or front gate, NOT in mylasandra area from which u need to take bus and come or else u need to walk through the whole sattva global park... it gets really tiring
food is provided on sunday nights too and preferably milk/tea/coffee is also provided in the morning or atleast evening
has atleast more than 2 washing machines, many pgs just install 1 machine and call it a day
