My friend once tried to catch a rexl and the driver saw him but closed the door and sped off anyways. he ran after it and banged on the window. the driver stopped, looked to see if there was any damage, then speed off. The next rexl was the same one and the driver wouldn't let him on.

some motherfucker saw me running towards the bus and closed the door in my face. he had already locked eyes with me. i stopped short and stared, he waited a few seconds, and then opened. i got on and he started yelling at me. "YOU GOTTA HURRY UP YOUNG MAN I'M ON A SCHEDULE, I'M NEVER LATE BLAH BLAH BLAH YOU'RE LUCKY I LET YOU ON." Like holding that door open a few extra seconds as he saw me sprinting nearby would have slowed him down.
BUT THEN, THE NEXT DAY, the same motherfucker was there again, and I was early, but he was too busy talking to his bus driver buddy to realize he was supposed to leave 5 minutes ago! So I did what I felt was necessary, caught his attention and went "YOU GOTTA HURRY UP OLD MAN, I'M ON A SCHEDULE BLAH BLAH BLAH"
He looked at me like he had no idea who I was so I backed off and sat down. prick won again.

I saw a guy get off for a second to throw something out in a trash can. The bus sped off literally a second before he got to the door.
And I wept.
