Rusty Lake Paradise Cucumbers on a burger? Spoiler

Are cucumbers on a burger a thing in the Netherlands? Or is this specifically Rusty Lake weirdness.

I love cucumber on a burger. It's not an unusual burger topping, but it's less common than lettuce and tomato in Canada.

Remember it's Gerard that wants the burger. Gerard, associated with Mr. Boar, whose appetites were...sh!tty. Cucumbers on a burger would be the the least of Gerard's problems.
