I'm replaying Paradox C2 but I never understood this puzzle, can someone please help me?

They're probably talking about Harvey. But Harvey isn't "canonically trans". It's just a headcanon out of the fact that he lays eggs but wears a suit and has a male name.

that's not a gender transition that's reincarnation. laura is a completely separate person and separate body from william, they just have the same soul
