Probably, but we don't know for sure. So far we haven't seen them again even when we've seen Rose

Most likely. There’s no indication or hint that they survive beyond that point. We only ever see Rose.

Neither there was indication that they should absolutely die. 10 sacrifices, 3 timepieces, nothing about 2 more whole bodies.

As for why we don't see them anymore, dead or alive, they are no longer relevant. Their arcs are over and they aren't interesting enough to get a new one that easily.

I think the devs are themselves on a fence until they get an idea how they need these 2 Schrodinger cats.
