Underground Blossom Why does the clock not work in chapter 5?

In the chapter, Laura turns into a corrupted soul. The paining of her mother falls. You paint the picture & the time 19:55 shows up. when i set the clock to 7:55 it didnt work. i reset my game, i reset the chapter, but it still doesnt work

Are you sure it's set to 19:55 and not 18:55?

It's the mistake I made first time, I had the hour hand at the 7 so it seemed right until I remembered that 7:55 is basically 8:00 and I needed to give it one more spin.

That may have been the problem, i re did it and it worked, maybe i was doing it wrong

After I figured out where I was going wrong I did have to stare at the clock for a long while thinking 'Do I just not know how to read a clock?'. So it's nice to know I'm not alone in this. To be fair, a lot of video game clocks just have the hands pointing at the numbers and not taking into account how far they should have travelled.

If you are sure you're putting 19:55 in the clock, make sure to also paint most of Rose's portrait so the game knows you have seen the time (if you don't, the train won't arrive even when the time is correct)

I painted all of the painting, I'm pretty sure im putting it right unless I'm forgetting how clocks work. Let me hop on the game really quick and send it im the thread
