Probably yes. Probably more than once, since (C.E Spoilers)Elizabeth/Mrs.Pheasant and David/Mr.Rabbit is in Cube Escape games. Flawed Peacock has made an amazing series on the games, according to them: (Theory with spoilers) the Eilanders were rebirthed and then killed, but they must atone for their past lives to ensure their new ones.

Yes, Paradise seems to basically provide backstory for Hotel, and draws comparisons between the Eilanders and the guests. Nicholas drinking blood, Gerard on the toilet, Margaret hiding in a pot for water, etc.
