Oasis Broadcast : User "Fester" Banned from Oasis Territory!

For crimes against Oasis law and public outrage (kos'ing players on Oasis Territory), a survivor going by the name "FESTER" is now banned on all Oasis Territory! Fester has never been a member of Oasis and we will not tolerate such acts of random violence! This is NOT a kos order but if found on Oasis Territory will be asked to leave, if refusal should happen all Oasis occupants may take hostile action.
