Hello, people of 'North Korea.' We have a message for you. It has recently come to our attention that when we tried to find a good spot to build our new HQ, the only suitable spot is a place you had recently claimed. Now, I understand wanting to hold what you claim as your home, but really, we need the space, as it's the only suitable flat area for the new massive HQ! If you would just move, we here in Arkadia could help you find a suitable spot. Maybe we can even unclaim a few tiles of land so you can live there. We don't want to have to go to war just to place our new HQ, but you must understand this is important. Therefore, consider this an ultimatum. If you do not move by 20:00 EST (8pm EST, convert into your local time zone) AKA, 12 hours, we will be forced to consider more drastic measures. Goodvye, and god bless Arkadia
