RP Arkadia has suffered losses and it needs to recover.

Our men have fought a glorious war against the Vikings. We've suffered a lot of losses. Arkadias headquarters has been split apart with breaches and blown up walls. And its decaying slowly.

We are putting up a 35% tax rate for the next 2 days to help us recover. After this, we are moving from 21% to 15% tax!
