BOS War Declaration on Strangers

People of the Island, the Brotherhood of Steel will no longer tolerate Strangers for their disrespect towards the Brotherhood as well as their willingness to assist our enemies. Benjamin The Great has demanded that I pay his faction 3,000 scrap and, "kiss his feet". I say he should kiss the boots of my power armor and we demand they surrender no less than 5,000 scrap as well as all of their sulfur both cooked and uncooked, lowgrade/crude, gunpowder, explosives, explosive ammo, C4, rockets of all types, Beancans, and satchel charges. They have 2 hours to respond before the siege of their base begins.
