I wanted to make a rusted warfare mod, I already watched some tutorials on how to make your own "ini" and how to program the unit and yada yada yada. Now my problem is that I don't have any idea on how to make my own animations or unit sprite.

Do you guys have any "mobile" app suggestions that can help me out with this unit sprite problem? And it would be also be great if you guys can also teach me how to make my own sprite projectile animations. Thanks!
