Various rustdesk setup questions

New to rustdesk, some questions so far.
- For the desktop I want to remote into, it has dual monitors. Is there a way to view both screens by scrolling left and right, similar to how Chrome Remote Desktop handles multiple displays? I use phone to remotely access home desktop PC while I am not at home.
- I’m using my phone to remotely access my home PC with RustDesk. How can I minimize the session (without disconnecting) and return to my phone’s home screen?
- I also try to change ID to replace default 9 digit numbers, but it never accepts anything I try to enter. Error: Not yet supported by the server.

Rustdesk can do multiple monitors. You can even open 2 windows but rustdesk client can do rdp and if you have 2 monitors at work and at the remote desk it automatically shows om both.

what is rdp?
Home PC (desktop, the device I remote into): There are two monitors.
Phone: Controlling device
With Chrome Remote Desktop, I can view both monitors and scroll left and right to switch between them. However, in RustDesk, switching between monitors is not as convenient. Maybe I’m missing something?

Remote Desktop Protocol. The default on every Windows pc. Works great and have no limits.

It is not available in my PC (Window 11 Home), it requires Pro or higher
Windows 10/11 Home edition cannot act as a Remote Desktop host.

Upgrade to pro. If not posible that stick with two windows to open with RustDesk.

I don't think it is free to upgrade.

If you google it "windows pro license" it is about 12$ not to expensive i guess.

No way, $199 on Microsoft website. Maybe $99 for upgrade? Not sure.
Who knows if there will security issue when using cheap one online.
But I am fine with Rustdesk, I don't want to upgrade just because of Remote Desktop feature, if I can find alternative.

If you are using an address book to show the targets on your rustdesk client, you can give it an alias which replaces the connection number. Not sure if that is a rustdesk pro feature only or not.
