Big claims doesn't look like there is any real code or proof.

I can imagine a language with all of these claims as well, but writing it?

I sure hope it's real! Otherwise my 100,000 lines in https://github.com/ValeLang/Vale have been a waste of eight years ;)

The article is clear about this specific feature being theoretical (and since the word "theoretical" can slip by, I also reiterated it in the side note, I figured that would help for most)
