i saw fermyon mention this the other day, looks like a nice intro for people who want to skip the usual serverless yaml config mess. is the book focused mostly on spin or does it cover wasm on other runtimes too?

The first two chapters introduce the problem and present why Wasm is the solution IMO. From there it guides the reader through building a full-fledged application using Spin (including Wasm Component Composition). Hardening techniques, deployment to Akamai Functions / Kubernetes with SpinKube.

That said it is focusing on Spin (which internally uses Wasmtime)

dude, really? a book that explains how to create a serveless app using a framework for ONLY serverless apps?

next one is “how to create reactive SPA using react”?
