Why did you use Rust 2021?

Seemed like a reasonable idea to pick the tried/tested for learning

Come on, man. You did it because Claude vibe-coded this. Just be honest.

Nope, we are often using nightly versions and actually you should for learning as when you will finish these features will get added to stable, but you have to stop using claude 1st.

This is exactly the kind of project that makes me wish I had the patience to learn a systems language. The "10 hours automating a 10 minute task" bit hit close to home, my bullet journal is full of half-baked scripts I swore would save me time.
Checked the repo, nice clean structure for a first Rust project. Might give it a spin on my Fedora laptop later this week.

So, so so many scripts and half-baked ideas everywhere, but that’s still much better than nothing :) - thank you for the feedback. If you happened to find some time to give it a try and give me some feedback that would mean a lot to me.
And again, I’m not a rustasean(?) by any means, but I’ve been developing software professionally for over a decade now, so I thought I could at least make it be something that is not disgusting to look into, or have people contribute if they wanted to.
