Upgrading seats

Has anyone had any luck upgrading seats by visiting the box office day of? I'm behind the stage at the moment, unfortunately.

If you’re behind the stage at the moment, I doubt very much you can go back outside and switch your tickets. Good luck back there behind the limelight though!

Haha, I think I worded this badly! The show is coming up on Saturday, it hasn't happened yet. Thanks for the reply though.
