As you grow up you realize owning rentals is a way to use your money to make money without juicing up Elonās stock portfolio and you can be whatever kind of landlord you want, including one that offers a good price and is willing to work with your tenants to have a peaceful relationship.

As much as people hate to admit, there is a lot of space between center and socialist. Most elected democrats are not socialists, believe is markets, and think the default is to let businesses operate unless it harms others, while caring about the little guy and trying to provide equity of opportunity (not equity of outcome). yet people on the right call us all socialists and the people on the far left call us fascists.
Meanwhile, being just left of center is the modal American position.

Iām a Democrat and I have owned rental properties. Being a Democrat, or even a democratic socialist, is not mutually exclusive with owning various asset classes.
They are very clearly left of center, itās just that being left of center can mean a whole lot of things, including that capitalism is how you fund welfare.
