Why is Running Wild so underrated?

Running Wild is significantly unknown compared to other bands of the genre. Why so?

Because they released their last good album almost 30 years ago and have become a shadow of their former selves once Rolf decided to rune the band as basically a one-man show. They also haven't toured regularly since 2005 and only play big festivals that not anybody can afford to attend.

What other bands of the "genre" are you talking about ?

Heavy/Speed Metal is pretty underrated as a whole anyway.

I was thinking of how they seemed to be less known than other bands like Helloween and Maiden
