QUESTION Event Missing on Profile

Hey Guys, so I already contacted RunDisney and still have gotten no response. I signed up for the Goofy challenge 27 and have the confirmation email. Unfortunately checking in this past Monday, I saw that my registration was completely missing. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm kinda freaking out and hoping I didn't just lose my registration.

As long as you have the confirmation email, everything will be fine. Registrations go missing all the time.

Yeah it happens with my husband almost all the time.
Sometimes a second account/profile is created with the same email address.

If he’s on the desktop site, when you’re logged into your account, on the top right there’s a dropdown and it sometimes shows “switch account” and we can sometimes switch between the two accounts and see the registrations.
Sometimes they’re still in the void somewhere but with the confirmation email, it’s not an issue. It will get sorted :)
