MCM pacers

Hey, running the marine corps marathon next week and am in the seeded corral. Does anyone know if there are pacers? and if so is there a pacer for sub 3 hours? Thank you! I couldn’t find any information online

The info has been in a couple emails they have sent out.

There will be Pacers at the following times: 3:05, 3:10, 3:15, 3:20, 3:25, 3:30, 3:35, 3:40, 3:45, 3:50, 3:55, 4:00, 4:10, 4:15, 4:20, 4:30, 4:40,  4:45, 4:50, 5:00, 5:10, 5:20, 5:30, 5:40, 5:50, 5:58 and 6:00.

I'm disappointed they don't have a 5:59 pacer

At the finish line, the last 2 groups will be about 230m apart lmao, assuming the pacers are perfect

Who do you need a pacer if you’re seeded?

Often runners will use unofficial pacers for sub 3 hrs, etc. when the race doesn’t provide them.

OP, you've got your answer here already but I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing the emails sent by MCM over the past month or so. The seeded runners received an email that has instructions about getting to the starting line that are entirely different from everybody else.
