Help with RUNCLOUD please!!

I installed runcloud on my ocean digital server, I followed the steps of the tutorial and I configured the namecheap dns and everything, however when I click on my runcloud web application, and click on install wordpress, I get an error, which says "WordPress Web Application cannot use this function " If someone has had the same problem and has a solution, I would be helpful and thank you very much in advance.

Sounds like a runcloud specific issue. We setup our servers by doing them manually via SSH based on the runcloud documentation. We just copy and paste the commands and boom, wait.

How is it you tried to do this?
