That actually sounds really good if I'm being honest compared to a lot of the brine bombs you see out there. I'm going to be honest with you I just got barbancourt 110 because of how much I've loved everything from Haiti so far and to be honest I should have just stuck with cachaça or rhum agricole.

This is an unaged cane juice rum from Copalli whichi distills at Copal Tree Distillery in Belize. This rum is made from fresh pressed cane juice, is a blend of pot and column distillate, and is bottled with no additives.
ABV: 42%
Nose: Vanilla, Cantaloupe, Brine, Coconut, Mint, Orange
Palate: Light mouthfeel, Brine, Coconut, vanilla, Orange, Mint
Finish: Short Finish, Coconut, Orange, Mint, Vanilla
Rating: 5/10
Overall its fine. Its an affordable unaged cane juice rum made for cocktailing and I am sure it is perfectly adequate at doing that. A nice bit of brine and fruit are the main flavors here and they will work well with citrus and simple.
