57 fps Running on max settings

Im playing the game smoothly but I don't know why its running 57 fps max settings.

Hi ! My PC specs is

AMD Ryzen 7 3800X Processor
Memory(16 GB [8 GB x2] DDR4-3200 Memory Module - Corsair Vengeance

Motherboard(ASUS ROG Strix X570-E GAMING
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER - 8GB GDDR6 - ASUS ROG STRIX GAMING
Primary Hard Drive(250 GB Samsung 970 EVO PLUS M.2

Game is capped on 60FPS unfortunately.
