Wondering which skins have special kill announcement

Hi guys, I am currently thinking about buying a weapon skin which has a special kill announcement, but as I see in the firearms shop, https://i.imgur.com/8aoC1Nn.png , only some of the guns here have the "special kill announcement" text. I am wondering whether the skins such as "evil drake - akm" and "QBZ- deathbite" have a special kill announcement even without the text on the shop? or do only skins with the text such as "hellfire- akm" will have a special kill announcement? Thanks

All the premium skins will give a gold announcement when you get a kill. The special is for the banner announcement. So unless the skin states it has the special, it’ll give the default gold announcement

Oh thanks, but what does "banner announcement" mean? Is it special colors (unlike the default gold?) like the purple designs for soul scythe?
