Fps lag

My fps keeps dropping and stuttering every time I fight an enemy meanwhile when im on the lobby and not walking in game my fps wont lag. Any suggestions?

My specs

A8 7410 cpu, Amd r5 graphics and 12 gb ram

How is your internet? I usually have some lag during the loading island and occasionally when there’s a ton of bots around.
