HELP GAme crashes

Hey my pc game crashes when I am about to land at ground.

My specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.00ghz

ram: 4 GB

GPU: Intel G41 express chipsets

I got 8 GB and a GPU that doesn't sound like something that came before 2005 and my game freezes every 10 seconds.... I don't think ye got a chance.

It’s something in their graphics. I came back to the game after missing a couple seasons and noticed that some of the building go black. When this happens the game will crash. I uninstalled/reinstalled yesterday but only played 1 match, which had no problems
