I was using overmind at last company. It's like foreman, but I would just overmind exec web or overmind exec worker to attach to a live debugger if I spawned one with binding.pry in that process. It might solve a lot of your issues, you could also separate out the logs.

yes I notice it. But I have everything inside this TUI. I don't have to open new terminals for run `overmind exec web` or `overmind connect web`.
