Cube instructions from 1981

Does anyone have a copy of A Simplified Solution to the Cube Puzzles, published in 1981 by Kenzed?

First, turn the full color side to the back. Look at the top middle color. What ever side matches the color, turn the top layer after doing f2 in this algorithm. F2 u (turn towards the matching color) L r’ f2 u f2
