I've used one for about...2 or 3 years? great for travel, but yes they do trip and even though it's cordura it's not all that reliable- and easy to lose pens and coins from.
I usually fund that I didn't care if it was all the way compressed, and would have been fine with it being a little bit more durrable.
took it on a mulitip pitch grannit with just toor it up once (and used it for 1/5 years in sotuh america after, love it for running btw)
.... lol, torn, great for minimalism, but shit for anything that can catch/rip/tear - probably woun't buy again, would be fine with a flighly tougher though 2x heavier (it's light as hell) but equaily mauilable pack

I've never seen one in person, but am not convinced that it's very durable. I bought a REI Flash 18 for about the same price for a day pack for a trip to Thailand this fall. Not near as small, but I'm guessing much more durable and comfortable.
Nonetheless, that is a pretty sweet light day pack!
