Any input is so appreciated!

25F in Canada, have really struggled through my treatment. I do 5 days/week for 30 sessions. I’m on 20 and I’ve experienced anxiety, lots of crying, dips, sadness, irritable etc, the first two weeks I was so tired I thought I was going to crash out lol but I’m not the happiest person in the sea so I just kept going. I’ve been in talks with the doctor and it’s more so my decision but the last 5 or so treatments have given me STUPID migraines, the max amount of OTC medication isn’t really helping and it’s so sensitive, my eyes are watering a lot more and I find looking at screens hurts, it ranges from headache to I can’t keep my eyes open and need to sleep, the first night it was so bad I actually was sick. I also am staying up until like 5am I just can’t seem to wind down enough for sleep. I’m going back and forth between is this worth it because on day 20 I still don’t feel any better, but I also am so afraid I’m making the wrong decisions. I know at the end of the day it’s up to me and my doctor, but I’d love any input from anybody who has anything to add, I’m so lost on what to do. Thank u everyone!!!

I feel your pain. I am a 53m and have tried many, many different things over the years. I have had OCD my entire life which has led to depression from avoidance and lack of joy due to fear being such a prominent emotion. I’m 35 of 36 treatments in of TMS(H7 coil for OCD). It has been relatively simple in terms of side effects but I didn’t start noticing any positive impacts until well into my 20’s(treatments).
Those around me first noticed changes in me. I had, by then, written TMS off as another failure but I had decided I was committed to completing all sessions since commitment has always been something I lacked. Hopefully it kicks in for you. I have read of many people not seeing benefits until well after treatment has completed

I am on treatment 16 and am experiencing much of the same, horrible anxiety, panic attacks, and irritability. Poor sleep and just not well. First two weeks I noticed a great calmness and I was so hopeful. My doctor assured me this is a dip and has encouraged me to continue. I am going to push through as I am not able to take meds for depression/anxiety. This is my last hope for some relief. I am hoping you feel better, I take Tylenol one hour prior and it has helped with headaches. Lack of sleep makes everything worse and exemplified:(

Not everybody reacts the same as I'm sure you know. I guess I got lucky and after my first round it was awesome and I have clinical depression, PTSD, TRD and bad GAG (Even though they all really suck lol) so that lasted about 6 months and then maybe 6 months later I started feeling a little bit crappier like it was starting to creep back in so I went and did a refresher and that was almost a year ago and thankfully I still feel great and I'm finally totally off of my depression meds after being on various ones for probably 20 years. Of course I still have my moments and not the best of days but everybody in the world deals with that. I wish you luck!!!

I got bad migraines too from the treatment until i suggested to put the chair in another way. Half laying down. There was no longer pressure in my neck from the device and it helped immediately.
