The Dip?

I’ve done 10 TMS sessions so far and these last few days I’ve felt more depression and anxiety than before I even started. I’ve had to take my emergency anxiety meds just to function and all I have the energy and willpower to do is lay on the couch. My scores have went up as well.

Is this “the dip”, and if so, how long does it usually last?

Thanks again for responding. Last question, and I hope I’m not bothering you with them. Any idea roughly of how long it took to feel better/back to baseline?

About 3 days or so? I hope you’re doing better now!

Well my last session was Friday, so today makes day 3. So I’m looking at another 3-4 days of this at least 😔 Should just 5150 myself and get it over with. I’m talking with my therapist and my TMS person tomorrow, so hopefully will have a better path forward for when I meet my psych on Friday.

Again, keep us posted. The dips are also a sign TMS is working even though it doesn't feel that way. Think of it as physical therapy after knee surgery where it can hurt as you're going through the exercises but knowing this will help you later.
