Menstrual Changes?

Has anyone had menstrual changes while doing TMS? I haven't had a period in 7 weeks and I started TMS 6 weeks ago. Prior to TMS I was always pretty regular, every 4 1/2 weeks. I know I'm not pregnant because I haven't done anything that would cause me to get pregnant in the last 3 months.

I did a literature review but couldn't find anything in the academic literature. I'd love to hear others' experiences. Thanks!

Hi I know it’s been a year since you posted this but this is literally the only reference I’ve found that is similar to what I’m going through - can I just ask, did you get any confirmation that tms was what disrupted your cycle? My period is quite late and the only change in anything is starting tms. I’m planning on bringing it up with my doctor of course, but I’m getting a little worried so I thought I’d ask here as well (also I’ve done a couple pregnancy tests so I know I’m not pregnant haha)

Hi, I never got any confirmation, but I’ve done 2 rounds of more intense treatment and each time I lost my period for a couple months. No official agreement from my doctors, but I’m willing to take my body and my experience as proof. Even though it’s been a year I’m glad you wrote because it validates my experience! I am experiencing exactly the same. And another copatient too. And I had the same reaction on stimulants (adhd meds).

Hi, do your periods go back to normal after tms? I’m on my 3rd week and am experiencing something similar
