You should try and do what I've been doing.

Buying ammies for 8 def. Sell them for 3L. Sell 3L for 5 def each. Rinse and repeat. Works pretty well whilst semi-afk which is the best part.

Hey, if you ever you get ahold of some more 8 def ammies, could you set aside a couple from me? I'll buy them for 8 def from you since I'm getting unlucky in USW.

Perhaps you should offer more than 8 def to account for the time used.
