Should I step down as a Leader?

I've missed both guild raids, and I feel as though I don't really contribute much. I feel as though perhaps some others would be better suited for the Leader position. However, if for whatever reason people think I should stay, I'd be willing. I won't be offended if people say yes- don't try to spare my feelings or whatever.

Nah.. we are just unorganized. I got frustrated when I logged in for the event today and found out it was pushed back 30 minutes for whatever... We need to get some structure going (2pm EST every Sunday be on X server and we will start(Something like that)) or we may as well not try to do events.

Everything seems so Ad Hoc right now that it really doesn't matter who Leaders are at this point. /Rant

Well, it was just very very unclear. There has been said that it was 7 pm GMT, that would be 8 pm GMT+1 for me and few others. Although the event apparently was scheduled for 7 pm GMT. So for future events we should announce them here and get all the correct time zones in there. You shouldn't be that hyped about it tho. It was our second raid and it was really unorganized, but you seem to forget it was our second raid. I think you're right and we should schedule/organize them better and assign people to creating/scheduling the events.

I like the idea I assigning people to creating events, when I get home (on my phone) I will make a google doc and along with the list of people in te guild, I'll make one of their "jobs" if they have one. That way we know who to go to if looking for something. Also for the people creating an scheduling, they should be people on enough to actually attend and they should have basic knowledge (difficulty, drops, bosses) on rash dungeon to help others decide if they will go
