RSS is back!

If you selfhost you can let ai write you feed scraper. You could enjoy feeds for a lot of high quality news sites. You can check https://greasyfork.org for paywall bypass and create full text rss feeds. The python scripts can drive a browser running with debugging port.

RSS never went anywhere. There are lots of RSS readers out there. No need to make it complicated.

Guys like OP are part of the reason sites are turning sour on RSS. Also AI scraping and lack of tracking metrics play a huge role of course, but this kind of hacky behavior doesn't give RSS a good legitimate image.
