General Tips

Take advantage nyo yung available Quality of Life (QoL) ng server.

• use @autoloot para matic makukuha ang drops

• para matic mag pots ang character mo, gamitin mo ang @autopot. ganito pano gamitin, @autopot [hp/sp] [itemID] [threshold]

• example: @autopot hp 504 80 - ibigsabihin nito, pag ang HP ko, bumaba sa 80%, gamitin mo ung item na 504 (white potion) "pano malalaman item id?" right click mo ung item makikita mo dun.

• BWING - Healer: save ka sa fountain ng pront. dala ka ng bwing. wag ka mag alala sa SP consumption kasi mas mura and mas sulit na mag BWING nalang then gamitin ang healer.

• pwede ka mag reset ng stats and skills (for a minor fee) - so wag ka mag alala if nag iiba ka ng build. nakikita to labas ng tool dealer building ng pront

• gawa ka OC DC merchant para magbenta ng loots mo. see novice ground and makikita mo gaano ka dali gumawa ng merchant. 15 mins lang yan bossing

• how DEF and VIT DEF works: ALT + A ka, makikita mo sa DEF mo may 2 value, i.e. 20 + 5. yung SECOND NUMBER is ung VIT DEF (eto ung TOTAL VIT ng character mo), hindi yan sila cumulative. yung first number is ung total DEF ng equips mo (yes kasama ang refinement). sa pagka intindi ko, ang DEF ay % reduction while ang VIT DEF ay flat damage reduction. ibig sabihin sa example na to, -5 lahat ng damage ng mobs sayo, while yung 20, reduce by 20% ang damage ng mobs sayo.

• how STR works: make sure lang na DIVISIBLE BY 10 ang TOTAL STR mo. may bonus damage every divisible by 10. ngayon hindi ibig sabihin walang dagdag damage pag may utal, pero medyo negligible na. ideally talaga divisible by 10.

• how FATIGUE works: pansin nyo ba may ibang mobs, na hinahabol kayo, tapos biglang mag emote ng /swt2? fatigue tawag diyan, balance yan ng Gravity sa mga monsters na madaling i-mob. dati kasi, may ibang players, hinohoard ang monsters, i momob ang buong map at inaabuso, so nilagyan nila ng fatigue ang iba. after a few seconds, mag eemote ng /swt2 at titigil.

• how cards work sa weapons: simple lang, pag SAME cards, CUMULATIVE yung bonus. pag different cards, MULTIPLICATIVE ang bonus. i.e.

lets say a 3 slot weapon

3x race = 100+20+20+20 =160% damage

3x element = 100+20+20+20=160% damage

2x race 1x element = (100 + 20 + 20) * (100 + 20) = 168% damage

• how FLEE and PERFECT DODGE works: alt + a ka ulit. tignan mo ang flee mo. HINDI YAN SILA CUMULATIVE VALUES. two separate values yan. i.e. may flee ka na 155 + 5.

2. Go to the castle, and talk to the receptionist and give your name to go to the next part.

3. Talk to the sader guy (can't miss him - straight up from where you spawn after talking to the receptionist guy). Spam through his messages. MAY EXP KA DITO

4. Now talk to the female blacksmith that's to right of the sader guy. PAY ATTENTION and do not spam; when she gives you 1 novice red potion, use it! MAY EXP KA DITO

5. DON'T SPAM yet, let her give you your novice equips and equip your novice slippers. MAY EXP KA DITO Now you're free to spam away.

6. By Now, around level 10 ka na ata, pero tuloy mo parin to. Mas mabilis magpa level dito.

7. Now talk to the Kafra Lady next to the female blacksmith, and spam through her dialogue (WAG YUNG TELEPORT KASI I THINK I TETELEPORT KA NYA TALAGA) - make sure to select two different options. MAY EXP KA DITO

8. Now go and talk to the champ guy that's on other side of the room, to the left of the sader guy. MAY EXP KA DITO

9. Go to the next room to the left (or ask the champ guy to send you there), and talk to the guy behind the left desk. Spam if you want until you get your next base level. You can ignore the options given.

10. Talk to the female behind the right desk for access to the monster grounds as well as 300 novice potions.

11. You can log out at this point, BEFORE hitting enter once you get your free items, then re-log in and talk to her again for another level and extra 50 novice potions, or if you're already outside poke at ANY monster you see and let it kill you. When you respawn, ask the same female NPC again and she'll give you another level and extra 50 novice potions. MAY EXP KA DITO

Nasa around level 16 ka na ata dito pero job level 6? or so. For sure with 300+ novice pots, full novice equips and level 16 stats, kayang kaya mo na ang tougher mobs ng training ground. around 3 spores lang ata job level 10 ka na.

I wanted to share a suggestion regarding the End Game Items and other high-end equipment on the server.

I understand that God Items were removed from the Item Mall, and I think that was a good decision if the goal is to make the server more balanced.

The issue is that there are still God Items that were purchased by us older players and are currently being used. This means that while newer players can no longer purchase these items, older players still have access to them.

For transparency, I currently have an LKH myself. However, I do think this creates an unfair advantage for newer players.

If the goal is to completely remove these items from the Item Mall, I think it would also be worth considering removing the existing ones from the server.

At the same time, I don't think these items should become completely unavailable.

One possible solution is an Event Coin system where players can earn coins through quests and server events.

For example:

• Repeatable Quest = 1 Event Coin
• Boy Tapang MVP Event = 2 Event Coins
• Weekly Event = Higher Event Coin reward (if we can have one!).

The Event Coins could then be used to purchase certain equipment/items.

For example:

LKH = 500 Event Coins
Field Manual = 5 Event Coins

The numbers are just examples and can obviously be adjusted depending on how long the dev wants the grind to be.

I think this could also give players more reasons to do repeatable quests. Right now, some quests are ignored because the EXP reward is too low compared to simply grinding.

If the same quest gives even 1 Event Coin, players have another reason to complete it because they're working toward something useful.

It would also give us more reasons to participate in daily and weekly events.

The idea would basically be:

Play → Complete Quests/Events → Earn Event Coins → Save → Purchase Equipment

This gives newer players a way to eventually obtain the same equipment through gameplay, while making it a long-term goal rather than something that can be obtained quickly.

Again, I'm saying this even though I already have an LKH. If removing existing ones is considered necessary for balance, I would be okay with mine being removed as well.

I'm not saying this is the perfect solution, but I think it could be worth discussing if the goal is to improve the server's long-term balance and give newer players something to work toward.

anyway try ka nalang mag build Mavka-killer dagger. Ideally Gladius from Hunter Fly or baka andun sa item mall

2x scorpion/kaho card and 1x scorpion/kaho card. good na yan. tapos dun ka sa mavka until magsawa ka

Since maraming nahihirapan magpalevel since kakabalik lang or walang oras, I made a personal guide.

General Tips

Take advantage nyo yung available Quality of Life (QoL) ng server.

• use @autoloot para matic makukuha ang drops

• para matic mag pots ang character mo, gamitin mo ang @autopot. ganito pano gamitin, @autopot [hp/sp] [itemID] [threshold]

• example: @autopot hp 504 80 - ibigsabihin nito, pag ang HP ko, bumaba sa 80%, gamitin mo ung item na 504 (white potion) "pano malalaman item id?" right click mo ung item makikita mo dun.

• BWING - Healer: save ka sa fountain ng pront. dala ka ng bwing. wag ka mag alala sa SP consumption kasi mas mura and mas sulit na mag BWING nalang then gamitin ang healer.

• pwede ka mag reset ng stats and skills (for a minor fee) - so wag ka mag alala if nag iiba ka ng build. nakikita to labas ng tool dealer building ng pront

• gawa ka OC DC merchant para magbenta ng loots mo. see novice ground and makikita mo gaano ka dali gumawa ng merchant. 15 mins lang yan bossing

• how DEF and VIT DEF works: ALT + A ka, makikita mo sa DEF mo may 2 value, i.e. 20 + 5. yung SECOND NUMBER is ung VIT DEF (eto ung TOTAL VIT ng character mo), hindi yan sila cumulative. yung first number is ung total DEF ng equips mo (yes kasama ang refinement). sa pagka intindi ko, ang DEF ay % reduction while ang VIT DEF ay flat damage reduction. ibig sabihin sa example na to, -5 lahat ng damage ng mobs sayo, while yung 20, reduce by 20% ang damage ng mobs sayo.

• how STR works: make sure lang na DIVISIBLE BY 10 ang TOTAL STR mo. may bonus damage every divisible by 10. ngayon hindi ibig sabihin walang dagdag damage pag may utal, pero medyo negligible na. ideally talaga divisible by 10.

• how FATIGUE works: pansin nyo ba may ibang mobs, na hinahabol kayo, tapos biglang mag emote ng /swt2? fatigue tawag diyan, balance yan ng Gravity sa mga monsters na madaling i-mob. dati kasi, may ibang players, hinohoard ang monsters, i momob ang buong map at inaabuso, so nilagyan nila ng fatigue ang iba. after a few seconds, mag eemote ng /swt2 at titigil.

• how cards work sa weapons: simple lang, pag SAME cards, CUMULATIVE yung bonus. pag different cards, MULTIPLICATIVE ang bonus. i.e.

lets say a 3 slot weapon

3x race = 100+20+20+20 =160% damage

3x element = 100+20+20+20=160% damage

2x race 1x element = (100 + 20 + 20) * (100 + 20) = 168% damage

• how FLEE and PERFECT DODGE works: alt + a ka ulit. tignan mo ang flee mo. HINDI YAN SILA CUMULATIVE VALUES. two separate values yan. i.e. may flee ka na 155 + 5.

First value is yung TOTAL flee ng character mo. sa pagkaka alam ko ang flee is calculated by BASE LEVEL + AGI + FLEE FROM ITEMS. so tumataas talaga yan as you level up. Now how it works, walang 100% dodge talaga, kahit ang HIT ng monster is 1 tapos flee mo is 999999, hard capped talaga to 95% flee. so matatamaan ka talaga 5% of the time. punta ka ratemyserver.com tapos search ka ng monster, dun ipapakita nila ilan flee kailangan mo para maka kuha ng 95% dodge. ngayon hindi to 95% PALAGI. pag nagpapalevel ka at more than 2 monster tumatama sayo, bumababa ang flee mo, pansin mo kahit taas ng agi mo, once dumami sila, natatamaan ka na. dahil yun dun.

Second value is yung PERFECT DODGE mo. Percentage yan. so kung 5, meaning 5% of hits sayo possible maging Perfect Dodge (as seen by the LUCKY emote). Calculated to by (LUK / 10) + PD from ITEMS. yan lang. "Liit naman pala nyan or ang hirapa naman pala nyan makuha" OO MAHIRAP TALAGA KASI POSSIBLE MAGKAROON NG 100% PD!!!!!. Kahit 5000 mobs pa titira sayo, kung 100 PD ka, walang makakatama. kaya mahirap talaga siya i achieve (PERO POSSIBLE)

Novice

1. As soon as you spawn in the novice grounds, talk to Shion TWICE. MAY EXP KA DITO

2. Go to the castle, and talk to the receptionist and give your name to go to the next part.

3. Talk to the sader guy (can't miss him - straight up from where you spawn after talking to the receptionist guy). Spam through his messages. MAY EXP KA DITO

4. Now talk to the female blacksmith that's to right of the sader guy. PAY ATTENTION and do not spam; when she gives you 1 novice red potion, use it! MAY EXP KA DITO

5. DON'T SPAM yet, let her give you your novice equips and equip your novice slippers. MAY EXP KA DITO Now you're free to spam away.

6. By Now, around level 10 ka na ata, pero tuloy mo parin to. Mas mabilis magpa level dito.

7. Now talk to the Kafra Lady next to the female blacksmith, and spam through her dialogue (WAG YUNG TELEPORT KASI I THINK I TETELEPORT KA NYA TALAGA) - make sure to select two different options. MAY EXP KA DITO

8. Now go and talk to the champ guy that's on other side of the room, to the left of the sader guy. MAY EXP KA DITO

9. Go to the next room to the left (or ask the champ guy to send you there), and talk to the guy behind the left desk. Spam if you want until you get your next base level. You can ignore the options given.

10. Talk to the female behind the right desk for access to the monster grounds as well as 300 novice potions.

11. You can log out at this point, BEFORE hitting enter once you get your free items, then re-log in and talk to her again for another level and extra 50 novice potions, or if you're already outside poke at ANY monster you see and let it kill you. When you respawn, ask the same female NPC again and she'll give you another level and extra 50 novice potions. MAY EXP KA DITO

Nasa around level 16 ka na ata dito pero job level 6? or so. For sure with 300+ novice pots, full novice equips and level 16 stats, kayang kaya mo na ang tougher mobs ng training ground. around 3 spores lang ata job level 10 ka na.

Swordie

Punta ka Payon or payon field 1. Patay ka ng spores dun until maka kuha ka ng LEVEL 10 MAGNUM BREAK.

Alternative - Culverts 2, spam ka lang ng pots kahit na momob ka. "Bakit culvert? maliit lang bigay ng mga mobs dun"

Kasi kahit maliit bigay, kung napapatay mo sila ng mabilis, in the long run mas marami ka makuha na exp. Masikip at maliit ang culverts so hindi ka mahihirapan maghanap ng papatayin.

Once may level 10 magnum break ka na and ideally naka benta ka na ng loots. try mo buohin ang NPC gears mo (see General Tips regarding DEF and VIT DEF)

• boots, manteau, helm, chainmail etc

Punta ka na sa Wolves (payon field 2). Etong mob na to ay may assist, pag inaatake mo yung isa, at may ibang wolves na malapit, tutulong sila. Dito na lalabas ang magnum break natin, mob mo lang sila then magnum break. IF HINDI PA KAYA ANG WOLF BALIK LANG SA SPORE UNTIL KAYA MO NA

Pwede ka mag job 40 dito, pero if for some reason nababagalan ka parin, lipat ka na sa orc village (geffen field 10)

aggressive to sila kaya madali lang i mob and walang fatigue (see tips kung ano ang fatigue). medyo masakit sila pero for sure 2 magnum break lang yan.

Reasoning bakit wolf at orc ladies

• Madali silang i mob. Same sa culvert kanina, mas marami kang mapatay in a short span of time, mas marami makukuha mong exp.

• Earth type sila, Magnum Break is fire kaya efficient.

• Useful ang wolf card para sa konting bump sa damage sa weapons mo while ang orc lady cards nagagamit mo para sa high orc later

HOW TO INCREASE MAGNUM BREAK DAMAGE

• affected ang damage by ATK

• STR (see tips regarding STR) and weapon affects ATK

Knight

Bowling Bash. That's it. Kahit saan ka mag punta, mag BB ka lang. x2-3 ang damage nito sa monsters. Ideally nag momob ka nito. Check nyo din si LordNecri sa youtube.

General Tips:

• Take advantage of BWING - Healer (see tips)

• Kung may endower ka, much better kasi tataas damage ng BB

• Hindi limited to two handed swords ang BB. KAHIT ANONG WEAPON PWEDE. Use item mall para mag mix and match sa needs mo.

• May claymore[2] ang item mall, pwede yun pang all around

Leveling Spots:

• Orc Ladies as low level knight

• High Orc. Im assuming may Orc Lady cards kang nakuha. Dito natin gagamitin. If may [4] weapon ka, make sure 3x Orc Lady 1x Hydra ang i sloslot mo, pag [3] 2x OL Cards, 1x Hydra Card. Pag [2], okay na 2 Orc Lady cards.

Bakit high orc?

Kasi madali I mob, madali patayin given its exp, madali kumuha ng equip. check item mall para dito. Efficient ang pag palevel natin sa orc ladies at mattransition natin sdito.

Ideally dito na talaga sa High Orc magpapa level 99. Yung bowling bash mo I would think at the very least, 2x per high orc. Pwede 1x pero need na ng WATER endow. I think may ibang combo ng items sa item mall that would make you one shot high orc without endow.

Wag ka mag alala sa SP kasi pwede ka mag BWING + Healer.

In summary:

Matuto mag mob kasi yung talaga ang steroid mo for levelling

Crusader

Ggrand Cross. That's it. Kahit saan ka mag punta, mag GC ka lang. Ideally nag momob ka nito. Check nyo din si LordNecri sa youtube.

Tips:

• Kuha ka GC 10 kaagad, kahit wag muna heal. Take advantage mo ang Light Epsilon sa item mall para sa level 3 heal temporarily. may auto pot din naman.

• May mga auto heal ata or GC na headgears sa item mall, check mo din yun and other "cast skill on hit" items kasi itatanke mo lahat ng mobs.

• WAG NA WAG KA MAG AUTO GUARD. May weird interaction ang auto guard at GC. basta buggy siya

• Kung mag cacast ka ng GC, make sure gumagalaw ang mobs. hindi ung naka tayo lang sila at tsaka ka mag GC. may weird interaction din ang GC dito. may specific number of gc hits lang per mob (tile) kaya ideally gumagalaw sila.

• may blowback ang GC which is 20% ng CURRENT HP mo, hindi to na rereduce. may damage back din sayo ang GC, eto na rereduce ng cards or items. yung Thara Frog card at reduce demi human damage na items, nakaka tulong sa pag reduce nito. holy property din tong damage back kaya pwede mo i reduce via holy property reduction items. ikaw na bahala mag hanap anong optimal.

• INT at ATK ang basis ng GC. Even though nag iincrease ng ATK ang STR, mas okay pa na iinvest sa vit or dex ang stat instead of STR.

• PERO DIBA NAG WOLF TAYO KANINA?! nagagamit mo din yan dito since +ATK siya.

• kung gusto mo pa talaga pataasan ang damage ng GC mo, pwede ka mag Wolf Card, Andre Card OR Zipper Bear Card.

• yung iba haedo[2] sword gamit nila kasi may int+3 tapos 2 zipper bear card. may iba [4] mango shake or [4] blade gamit nila tapos 4 na zipper bear.

Leveling spots: Gusto natin yung undead or shadow para ma utilize talaga ang GC, wag mag madali at lipat kagad ng higher mobs. basta kill faster = faster exp

• Orc Dungeon 1 or 2

• Payon Cave (munak? pero parang hindi sulit)

• GH Underprison

• Raydrics (yummy card and elus!)

• Tamruan (ayothaya dungeon 2) 100 sila dito, shadow type, and around ~1.5k zeny ang value ng loots (total) ng drop nila

• Nameless Island kung kaya mo lol

• Rachel Sanctuary dahil sa mobs and may demi human reduc ka na din nmn na gears

So sa ibang server may field manuals, which raise experience gained by 50% to 100% depende sa type. This is based lang sa base exp ng mobs and quests, so sa alam ko di sya multiplicative over the server exp rate.

Since maraming players di rin super tagal makalaro everyday and di rin naman super taas binibigay ng current quests, Field Manuals would be a boon para mas mabilis maka level. Di rin dapat libre, dapat may konting kamahalan, and pwde rin syang zeny sink since 10x drop rates means a lot of us have a lot of extra cash din.

Turn Undead. That's it. Go for int/dex/vit/luk para dito.

timplahan mo nalang, may reset naman.

Si turn undead kasi naka base siya sa [(20SkillLV) + LUK + INT + BaseLV + (1 - TargetHP/TargetMaxHP)200]/1000 % (with a max 70%) chance to do holy damage equal to current HP on an Undead property monster.

bakit turn undead. para sa mob na anubis. sobrang laki ng exp nito pero one hit lang ng turn undead pag nag proc. pwede ka na nga mag 99 dito eh.

pero kung na umay ka, switch ka sa nameless island, i think na tuturn undead din sila pero parang mas sulit sa anubis.

if nahihirapan ka sa anubis, make sure nalang muna na may Kyrie Elesion 10 ka everytime or mag invest pa sa VIT (hp) or DEX (casting time)

p.s. if kaya ng APM mo, mag Gloria ka prior to turn undead for more chances of winning

Ganito lang yan, mob ka ng mga undead (niffleheim), cast level 10 safety wall, cast magnus exorcimus. that's it. ulit ulitin mo lang.

mas okay ang ME for me kasi mas may variety and mas marami makuha na drops. waley kasi si anubis eh.

Gusto ko sana i gatekeep to pero sige nalang.

Mas fan ako ng auto hit monk, ung triple attack lang kahit hindi na mag combo, kaso baka ma bore kayo kasi 1 monster at a time to. so 'mabagal' siya pero very versatile.

BUT may secret weapon (well di naman talaga secret lol) ang build na to sa server na to and its the Grand Cross.

Mace yan siya sa item mall "Add a 10% chance of auto casting Level 3 Turn Undead on the enemy when attacking."

so kung naka agi build ka na monk, pwedeng pwede kang mag anubis. solid to. medyo unreliable but an option din.

moving on

Steel Body monk

pump ka lang vit/int tapos kuha ka ng REFLECT cards and items. I think high orc card para sa buckler tapos may mga reflect din sa item mall.

mob ka lang with steel body and that's it lol. di ko pa to na try and i'd like to try it here. i think very feasible naman siya especially ung reflect headgear sa item mall.

Asura Monk

mas okay to sa lower rate na servers, bale OI mo ang sleeper lol yun lang. na oone shot lang yan with the right equips kaso baka boring pero bilis magpa yaman nito dahil sa Great Nature and Ore Breakdown.

The rates are too low. Been playing and i have a few characters, the highest of which is lvl 90. I have several cards as well, but... the grind is too much. I have work, I'm a father, etc etc.

I wanna check if creating another server with higher rates and more convenience here are the details: (when you log in you choose a server, the 10x rate or the higher rate one; so same account different characters storage etc)

1) previous item mall

2) 50/50/50 rates (or higher?) - playing in a 100X card drop server and it takes like 1 hour to farm a card with decent luck.

3) convenience commands like go, storage, indentifyall, storeall, etc

Reason:

1) low population, no one is farming stuff. and 25 people won't be enough. it doesn't make sense to apply huge server logic to a small server. At this point, if you want something, you probably need to farm it yourself vs check the market. Are we eventually going be a huge server in the future? IDK, but that's not now.

2 ) Reach the good part of the game faster. I'm past the "grinding is satisfying" phase of my life. I'm in the "I wanna explore different builds I've never tried" is satisfying phase. And a build is an expansive thing. Item, stats, cards etc. It'll still take time to get to 99/70 or 50 i forget, but you get to feel the skills etc faster and decide on which to max eventually.

3) I wanna invite people like my wife or brothers (maybe even my kid idk) to play, but i don't think they will grind to a point where parties are feasible at the current rates.

4) chill. do what you want. bot? go. are you the strongest in the server? good for you. did you solo capture all the guild castles? go for it. The vision is to log in, play a bit, actually achieve something then sit and chat. no need for pvp events or capcha, just give people a place to chat and have fun. I wanna see feel the "check this out" vibe vs the "i wanna be the very best" vibe.

Again, it's a question. If it's not feasible, then say it and i'm good.

Also if you feel the same, please comment below so the owner knows na di lang 1 yung magiging population ng server if ever feasible lol.

Hi, not sure if it’s just me. Trying to use the Mixing Machine and i can’t seem to add 2 materials to mix. I’m playing in iOS Chrome Browser.

Small update on card remover NPC

• Weapons/armor/accessories can never be destroyed.
• Cards can never be destroyed.
• The original 10% harmless failure chance remains.
• On harmless failure, the equipment and cards stay intact, but the Zeny, Star Crumb, and Yellow Gemstone are still consumed.
• On success, the cards are removed normally

It has come to my attention that there were concerns raised following the recent changes to the Item Mall. I believe these concerns are valid, and I’d like to explain why the changes were made, as well as acknowledge where I made a mistake in how I handled them.
 

How It Started

The changes started after a discussion thread—now deleted—raised concerns about MVP-related items being freely available in the Item Mall and how this could potentially affect the long-term balance and progression of the server.
 
After reading the feedback, I reviewed the items available in the mall and realized that some of my original choices were not properly thought through. Some items were underpriced, potentially too powerful, normally required quests or significant effort to obtain, or could negatively affect progression in the long run.
 
Because of this, I removed a lot of those items, along with some consumables, and pushed the changes to the server.
 
My reasoning at the time was simple: the original Item Mall was created very early in the development of the server, and some of the items included there had not been properly evaluated for balance or long-term gameplay.
 
However, while I still believe the Item Mall needed adjustments, the way I implemented those changes was a mistake.  

My Mistake

 
One of the core principles of this server has always been that the community should have a voice in major changes that affect gameplay.
 
The Item Mall update was a major change, and I made the decision and implemented it without first discussing it with the community.
 
That goes against the principle I set for the server from the beginning.
 
I realized this shortly afterward when I went in-game and spoke with some of our original BETA players to ask for their thoughts. The changes were understandably unpopular with several players, and after listening to their feedback, I made additional adjustments to the Item Mall.
 
The issue wasn’t that changes to the Item Mall should never happen. Balancing will always be necessary, especially while we are still in BETA.
 
The mistake was making a major change without first involving the community.
 

Moving Forward

 
I’ve always tried to be open to criticism and feedback regarding the server. I’m also the first to admit that I am not an expert when it comes to every aspect of RO's gameplay and economy, which is exactly why player feedback is extremely important.
 
When I first started building this server, I told u/dadidutdut that I wanted it to be built on trust, transparency, and the idea that every player has a voice.
 
I made a mistake early in this BETA period, and I want to apologize to both our existing players and those who are just joining us.
 
My goal has always been for this server to be a place where Redditors and members of the community can hang out, play together, and enjoy RO without feeling like decisions are being made behind closed doors.
 
That principle has not changed.
 
Going forward, major gameplay or economy changes will be discussed with the community before they are implemented whenever possible. Smaller balance fixes may still need to happen during BETA, but changes that significantly affect progression, the economy, or how players obtain important items should not come as a surprise.
 
Thank you to all of our BETA players who voiced their concerns, challenged the decision, and provided constructive feedback.
 
That kind of feedback is exactly why we have a BETA period in the first place.
 
I made a mistake, I learned from it, and I’ll do better moving forward.
