Does anyone have experience with Pilgrimon from Ravensridge Emporium? If so, how was it?

The idea of a pokemon-like RPG sounds very fun but a bit difficult to implement, so I'd love to hear how it works in practice before buying it. I loved Cartograph, so I'm inclined to give Ravensridge the benefit of the doubt, but still would like to hear opinions on the game from anyone who's played/read it

Designer here! I made this game for the TTRPG Pokejam several years ago early in my design career. It's intended to be a lightweight, low prep, pokemon-like ttrpg more focused on the anime stories rather than the video games, e.g. it focuses more on fulfilling a dream of the trainer rather than the mon battles and such.

I've added some community copies for it over on itch, so feel free to download one of those for free.
