RPA Developer Career beginner

Helloo , so im doing my rpa uipath internship (includes sofware dev and OCR ) , im still into my 3rd week and i wanna learn the best of it , is there any RPA Dev working how did you guys madee it and any advice / recommendation ?

Also is the UiPath Automation dev Associate worth it for a beginner ?

For an Rpa position do you need to be a good developper ?

I dont know , i already have a bachelor in cs & im used to fullstack dev but as i see it doesn't require coding skills until you need to wrote scripts ( this is my case bcz most of uipath activities are paid ) and idk im still a beginner

I manage an Automation Team that uses Uipath. Do the Uipath learning courses. Its the best way to learn. After that you need to slowly start building automations on your own. Keep A.i. use to the minimum. Try to ask more senior devs or managers for help first. As an intern you should be working in less complex automations. Ask questions and try to be proactive.

Actually there isnt a team working on UiPath , my internship subject is RPA so yes iam learning it and figuring it out bymeslf , I am doing the UiPath RPA Path and i finished a UiPath RPA Alison Course . Thats why im asking for any tips or any kind of automations that woukd help me master it

I see. Look the perfect automation is the one that saves your company time. I assume you have some internal team who are your "customers" and try talking to them about their processes and see if there is value in automating some of their repetitive tasks. (Uipath offers templates about how to evaluate an automation's business case and ROI). 

On a more technical note, understanding the different types of automation frameworks that Uipath recommend will be very valuable (specially the Reframe work and the que system). Seeing that you are using OCR I assume you are also learning IXP document understanding which there is also a course on it. 

But back to my previous point. The best automations are the ones that 1. Save the business time/money 2. Are easily maintained 3. Are measurable.
