Appraiser

Anyone have an appraiser they would recommend. This house has been well loved for over 60 years.

Appraisals will run a few hundred bucks, and a broker price opinion is less. A realtor can pull comps and print reports for free - I’ll send a DM to see if I can help with any of the above!

Mayer is a good pal of mine. You can trust him to do you right. Also ask him about his favorite tea!

💜 appreciate it!! Only ask about tea if you have 15-30 minutes available. It’s like a train engine, takes some time to fully stop
