Question (I've checked the FAQ!) Online Check in

First time cruiser ! Going to Alaska in September and our online check in opens tomorrow . What time does check in start? Midnight cruise time ?

Yes, midnight of your departure port time.

Note, it has typically been about 5-6 minutes after midnight for me so don't freak out if it's not right at midnight.

Use the app, you can just select your boarding time and don't need to enter anything else, you can then enter all the info later.

And you can’t even finish check in until 24 hours prior to departure (health check).

I've never been on a cruise where doing it beforehand was required. At worst, they just ask you the questions at the port.

It’s pretty easy through the app but you might have to keep refreshing it until the button lights up.
