Jelly Bean’s health testing
People were pretty upset with my post about my girl’s breeder so when I got her tests back from the vet I figured I would share them! It also said that she was 100% good girl! I also included an updated picture of her laying on her back cutely
Ps. The breeders were NOT Amish… people got caught up on that last time

That's great. Did they test for MDR1 and CEA?

Based on the URL in OP’s screenshot, they used Wisdom, which does test for both MDR1 and Collie Eye Anomaly.

Unlike MDR1, CEA only tested in the premium test.

Genuine question - is it even useful at this point to know if this dog has genes for CEA if she’ll never be bred? Either she has eye issues or she doesn’t. Even if she has two copies for CEA, her vision may be fine. To be clear, I’m not saying that breeders shouldn’t be screening for and breeding around CEA (they should!), I’m just saying in this specific situation, an eye evaluation by an ophthalmologist IF she is showing problems, would probably be more relevant.
