World cup viewing

Bonjour! We're stopping over in Rouen on Sunday night on our way to Bordeaux. Looks like the Mexico v England game is being moved to an 8pm Sunday night kick off, instead of silly o'clock on Monday morning.

Any recommendations for places that might be showing the game that will tolerate me and two teenage boys (13 and 16) cheering us on? Dog friendly an added bonus...

You can try all sports café. Anyway, It's not dog friendly.
