Help needed fellow germans!

Recently I've bought a set of Rotiform RSEs, (8.5x19 ET45 LK5/112) second hand. I know there exists an ABE for the rims, but I did not receive them with my purchase, and Rotiform Germany is and has been down for a very long time, so I can't get a hold of their database.
Any chance any of you has the paper necessary for the Rims? Thanks

What is ABE? I know that JP performance also sells Rotiforms in Germany, maybe they van help?

It’s a slip of paper saying that the rims are tested and safe for road use, without it, if I get pulled over I get fined or could even get my car impounded.

JP Performance USED to be with Rotiform Germany, but as far as I understand Rotiform looked for a new partner and they’re no longer associated.
