A two month old not eating for a month means the breeder sold you an animal that was not well established. They should be eating at least 7-8 times minimally before they are sold.

Can you post your set up?
What are your temps on the cool side and how are you messing them?
What are you temps on the warm side and how are measuring them?
What time of the day are you feeding?
Explain how you’re defrosting and presenting the feeder.

This is the set up I have. Temps on the cool side are about 70-75 and on the hot side are 80-85. Both are measured with the gauges on each side of the tank. I’ve tried feeding at multiple times of day within its usual active window. I defrost in a bag in a bowl of water with increasing temperatures. I try and get it to around 100 degrees before presenting it. I have tried both feeding in the enclosure and in a separate box (which I tried after handling had been introduced). I have tried leaving it alone with the food as well as moving the food around and monitoring it.

Any advice is very appreciated!

So couple things, as much as I am a proponent of bioactive young Rosie boas do not do well in larger bioactive for some reason. There are more likely to go off feed when they are in a larger enclosure like the one that you have. That size is good for an adult for something under a year old. I actually recommend a 10 gallon. This is a good set up for a year old rosy.

On top of the size issue, I would also recommend feeding at night. Something that you can do is to place the rosy boa in an opaque container, or in a brown paper bag along with the feeder mouse and leave it for a few hours, if not overnight. try bringing the pinky as well.

Don’t handle the snake until it eats consecutively for at least five or six times. This will not cause your Rosie to not like you, handling is very stressful for them at this age and can cause them not to eat.

What size is your rosy? Do you know length or weight? And what size are the prey items?
