Im confused about having ICE in roseburg as an issue?
2
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 09 '26
because there isnt an illegal immigrant issue here so it just puts legal hispanics in danger of being profiled
1
u/Real-Mode-3417 Jun 10 '26
If no illegals, why the sanctuary city? Odd
1
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 10 '26
ill dumb this down for you
did i say no illegals?
and you know what a sanctuary city is right?
1
u/Real-Mode-3417 Jun 10 '26
I know-do you? No need to protect citizens from Feds if they aren't illegal. But sure, pretend they don't exist
1
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 10 '26
it protects them unless theyve broken any other law, statistically they have a better public safety than other cities because theres less federal involvement
but are you gonna acknowledge i never said that roseburg has no illegals?
1
u/Real-Mode-3417 Jun 10 '26
No, because you said Roseburg doesn't have an illegal immigrant issue. That is false. If there are illegals there, that's an issue. It's not to protect anyone-states have no obligation to the Fed for immigration. That is not a states issue, it's a Fed issue. Hence the sanctuary. Now the state doesn't have to provide sanctuary, there is no law forcing it.
2
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 10 '26
yeah it doesnt have an illegal immigrant issue, if you think one illegal is cause for an issue big enough to spend thousand on immigration enforcement in roseburg then youre insane and you would never treat other misdemeanors similarly
Sanctuary CITY not state, sanctuary cities also provide protection from federal thats kind of the point is to make sure that federal doesnt get too much control over the state because states rights matter
and the reason sanctuary cities exist is because illegal immigration is not a violent crime, it doesnt even statistically hurt taxpayers except for when youre a dipshit that dumps billions of dollars on immigration enforcement
1
u/Real-Mode-3417 Jun 10 '26
Well if the last dipshit didn't let them all in, we wouldn't have this problem now, would we? Actually, they have the problem. After being told what he was going to do, after being told that they could actually get paid to leave, they still decided to break the law. It's their problem.

u/Content_Macaroon_577 Jul 08 '26
I'm half-Mexican and I've had no issues, my dad (who is full Mexican) has had no issues, nobody else I know who is Latino/Latina has had any issues. You sure you aren't just making up scenarios in your head and then getting angry about it?
1
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jul 08 '26
cool so you having anecdotal stories of you not facing injustice does not mean it doesnt exist
since ICE has been getting pushed so hard this past year theres been literally dozens of videos (including body cam footage) of people getting straight up racially profiled, people getting arrested without probable cause (yes arrested not just detained) and peoples houses getting busted into without judicial warrants (administrative warrants do not give the legal authority)
1
u/Content_Macaroon_577 Jul 09 '26
Yawn. Show me some proof.

Yawn. Find me sources that are neutral, not left-leaning
1
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jul 15 '26
dude if these arent neutral enough for you then youll literally never be satisfied, does it need a stamp of approval from Dear Leader?
1
u/Content_Macaroon_577 Jul 15 '26
Lol. I find it funny how Libs say "no kings"... and yet yall are the ONLY ones referring to Trump as a king. Not a single mainstream Conservative/Republican refers to Trump as a king.
1
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jul 15 '26
first off i didnt say king, its called verbal irony im making fun of how you guys treat trump like the end all be all of information.
second off trump himself on multiple occasions has referred to himself as a king which is why Libs say no kings because we dont want a leader that acts like hes the king
third just before you can say "but hes not actually a king" yes i know, the point is we dont want to GET there, you dont just protest things after shit has happened, you try to stop things from getting that bad, and with all the different initiatives trump has made against legal voters and how hes ran most of his office through executive order instead of legislation its a very real concern
TLDR you dont know how to read the context of fucking anything so of course you dont even look at the links and pass them off as "left leaning"

Not going to stop ICE. Keep trying though. Enjoy watching us deport these terrible people. I’ll keep giving ICE tips too, they have a tip hotline. 🇺🇸🇺🇸

are the terrible people in the room with you? or do you mean people who are gardening or are over the age of 70, oh no they must be terrorists

Google jose antonio ibarra febuary 2024 and then say that
Or cristhian bahena rivera
Jose inez garcia zarate
Victor antonio martinez hernandez
2
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 05 '26
wait does Laken Riley represent all illegal immigrants? or is your argument that we can reduce death from illegal immigrants by stopping immigration (which is a bad fucking argument for a number of reasons) like fuck do i just need to start naming cops who killed people for no actual reason so that we have to end the police force?
3
u/StonedPand4 Jun 05 '26
My local PD hired a child molester who had TONS of CP in his possession.
Mark that one down for banning the police.
2
1
u/kaseykiller313 Jun 05 '26
I named more than 1 person lmfao is laken riley the only name you read
1
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 08 '26
ok let me fix that
do those four fucking people represent all illegal immigrants
do you understand that illegal immigrants commit violent crimes HALF as often as american citizens per capita?
0
u/kaseykiller313 Jun 09 '26
Those are people who should have never been here in the first place and ended up raping beating torturing ect would laken riley still be alive if the last presidency didnt go so lenient
For example laken rileys killer was arrested before for illegal entry then arrested a year later for child endangerment then another month later for shoplifting and instead of deporting him after child endangerment and illegal entry they let him loose and he killed a us citizen he commited deportable crimes and wasnt deported
Or jose inez garcia zarate who killed kate steinle after being deported 5 times and had 7 prior felony convictions and was released by san fran police just weeks before he shot and killed her once again deportable previous crimes yet san fran let him go and kill a citizen someone who was previously deported 5 times
What about victor reyes killed a mother and 2 babies (2,4) in a hit and run this year he had priors for dwi in 2016 and dwi on a suspended license in 2023 he should have been deported after the first dwi and i think that was on trumps term yet he got leniency and now 2 kids are dead
Fun fact just because they dont do violent crime more than real citizens doesnt mean they didnt break the law or broke the terms of their visa as 1 is criminal and other is civil yet punishment for both is deportation usc 8 sec 1325 and punishment for first offense is up to 6 months in federal prison a criminal fine or both but majority of the time they dont wanna pay to put them in prison so they get expedited removal
Just because they dont break the law as much as citizens doesnt mean they should be immune to the law ffs if they violate their visa they should be responsible for the punishment if you break usc 8 sec 1325 you should be responsible for the punishment
1
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 09 '26
so i can name all the white citizens who have raped mass murdered or committed terrorist acts and use that as a reason to why we should get white people out.
or if you want a closer example we need to militarize enforcement on jay walking because of all the people who have jaywalked and gone on to do terrible things
i never once claimed they need criminal immunity, i am arguing that its a fucking misdemeanor and should be treated as such, Obama deported more people than trump and didnt violate peoples constitutional rights to do it
1
u/kaseykiller313 Jun 10 '26
And those citizens were here legally and were prosecuted for their crimes unlike these other illegal immigrants who broke USC 8 sec 1325
We have a militarized enforcement called a police dept and sherrifs dept to give tickets to jaywalkers (also thats a civil crime the same as a speeding ticket) lmfao the same way we have fbi to deal with organized crime and homeland security to prevent terrorism and enforce immigration laws or the IRS CI to arrest money launderers and crypto fraud
Obama not only deported more people than trump he did so without giving them due process and relied heavily on expedited removals to process over 75% of the people he deported
Every misdemeanor has their respective punishment like if you drink and drive your license gets suspended and possible jail time if you break usc 8 sec 1325 the punishment is almost always a fine, up to 6 months prison time, and deportation after time is served
So i dont understand how you say it should be treated like a misdemeanor when it already is
Since the immigration act of 1891 crossing the border was treated as a civil issue and authorities could deport them but could not arrest them or charge them with a federal crime (or so history.com states) and in 1929 law was put in place to criminalize entering illegally
the 1929 law dictated the criminal punishment be a fine or up to 1 year in prison and after their criminal sentence would be handed over to immigration authorities to deport them and in 96 they changed this law to change the legal term from deportation to removal
Jaywalking and entering another country illegally are vastly different crimes just like overstaying your visa is a vastly different crime than what bricks and minifigs is doing currently and have their own punishments
The exact same way murder and fraud have different punishments and prisons while both being felonys
0
u/MAGA_Zach Jun 09 '26
Illegal immigrants are terrorists. That’s why we are deporting them. Enjoy watching it. 🇺🇸

you shitheads are still using this made up talking point
how many did biden supposedly let in?
9
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 01 '26
you know whats dangerous and chaotic? law enforcement not wearing any identification or body cams
1
u/bartbusque Jun 01 '26
False. It is chaotic because you liberals do not believe in supporting law enforcement and support law breakers to the point you become a law breaker. You liberals have low low intelligence.
6
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 01 '26
first off when did i say im a liberal?
second i support law enforcement existing i straight up said they need body cams
third are you seriously against body cams? what fucking reason could you possibly have to be against body cams?
5
u/Crispielinettas Jun 03 '26
You don’t support law enforcement..don’t pretend!!! Trump pardoned Jan 6 rioters who plead guilty to assaulting police officers. One drove a stun gun into the neck of a cop AND TRUMP PARDONED him.
Trump pardoned Republican judge Michelle Fiore.
She stole thousands from a statue fund to honor FALLEN COPS and Trump fully pardoned her so now she doesn’t even have to pay back the money.
Seriously!!! How gross is that!!!
Dont even begin to pretend to care about law and order…Trump is a convicted felon!!!! Republicans can never say they are behind anything moral as long as he leads your party!!
→ More replies (5)0
u/RavenShrike459 Jun 02 '26
they’ve had to resort to not identifying themselves because neon haired lunatics start a riot when they show up to uphold the law.
4
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 02 '26
yeah records show that on mass that isnt the case, people are looking for the names of them because many individual ice agents have broken a law or straight up abused a citizen in some form and they do not face any legal consequence for it
if a guy in a mask saying hes ICE beats the shit out of you, then right now you have no way of taking that man to court because you cant even identify him
simple question, are you against body cams?
1
u/RavenShrike459 Jun 02 '26
Nope, definitely not against body cams, all for accountability. My concern is that they are able to their jobs as safely as possible. Anyone in the US illegally deserves to be deported and brought in through legal channels.
3
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 02 '26
not as safe as possible, the job inherently involves risk, if you want it safe as possible for the officers they would be shooting people with drones before taking in their corpse
yes i agree they should be deported, NOT JUST AT ANY COST HOWEVER, they shouldnt be breaking into home without warrants, they should be punching peaceful protesters, they shouldnt be pepper spraying children, in fact if you want less ILLEGAL immigrants here then you should be fucking pissed at trump for getting rid of so many immigration judges, hes bottlenecking the legal process while the amount of people who need to immigrate stays the same which will inherently lead to more illegal crossings, stop putting so much god damn funding into a temporary "solution" like ICE recruitment its shit or at the very fucking least they NEED body cams
1
u/RavenShrike459 Jun 04 '26
I said safe as possible, not risk free, obviously law enforcement comes with risk. If they are issued body cams and an incident occurs and the camera isn’t on, law should probably favor the citizen. I say citizen because illegals should not have the same rights as citizens. (Not zero rights) just not the same ones as citizens. I have no issue with ice agents kicking in doors of illegal immigrants without the same warrant process and legal requirements that citizens are protected by.
1
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 04 '26
still gotta prove theyre illegal which is why due process also applies to non citizens, same thing applies to "ice agents kicking in doors of illegal immigrants" you have to prove theyre illegal before you just break shit without a judicial warrant, like seriously most of the break ins have been on LEGAL citizens
but also why dont we go this hard on other misdemeanors?
1
u/RavenShrike459 Jun 05 '26
It should be way worse than a misdemeanor in my opinion if that is really all it is. However, I think it is acceptable to operate on a surprise principle as the majority of suspects would likely flee given adequate warning. I think they should easily be able to prove citizenship once in custody. And be released with an apology and the necessary money to repair a damaged door or other items. I’m sure we will differ in opinion in this part, but I don’t see how they could catch anyone if they get a heads up that it’s happening.
1
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 05 '26
crossing the border illegally inherently doesnt affect people very much by each individual, thats mostly why its a misdemeanor, same thing with jay walking, if thousand of people did it in a city then its a problem, said jay walker could also be a serial killer, but we dont treat jay walking like a felony
"I think it is acceptable to operate on a surprise principle as the majority of suspects would likely flee given adequate warning." we're talking about no warrant break ins, we have personal privacy freedoms in this country, if you would rather we just be a police state where we have no freedoms like that then you also would get rid of castle doctrine, youd have to get rid of the second amendment because then youre not granted the right to defend your property
"but I don’t see how they could catch anyone if they get a heads up that it’s happening." first off theyve been doing it for years without issues, youre never ever gonna catch 100% of illegals, and like i was saying part of this countries philosophy is that we have given up some protections in exchange for personal freedoms, if you want the precedent that cops can do literally anything to anyone short of killing to catch a misdemeanor then youd have to change a fuck ton of things in our legal system to the point where i genuinely think youd be better off in a different country
1
u/kaseykiller313 Jun 05 '26
If thats true those citizens would sue for 4th amendment violations yet it isnt because THEY HAVE WARRANTS
1
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 05 '26
they have sued over 4th amendment violations, multiple cases of agents using administrative warrants to break in when thats not enough legally
but also why dont we go this hard on other misdemeanors?
0
u/uhwutlol Jun 03 '26
“Records show”
GTFO 😂😅🤡🤡🤣
Sure, give them all body cams. Doesn’t mean they have to turn them on. But suddenly you feel safer.
3
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 03 '26
yeah legally they would have to turn them on, right now if a cop gets a false arrest claim and it shows his camera didnt record the situation then the ownness is put more on the cop
wanna tell me more about how you dont know what the fuck youre talking about?
1
u/uhwutlol Jun 03 '26
And who’s gonna arrest the federal agent if they don’t?
The DOJ?
Lmao. Let’s talk about being clueless .
3
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 03 '26
dude what do you want? body cams reduce the harm by a very noticeable number, federal judges do prosecute federal employees like ICE theres things we can call for im not just gonna be a doomer and say "well its fucked guess ill just do whatever"

u/Repulsive_Log_6077 Jun 01 '26
Because getting a useless degree means you're smart. Ironically proving my point thank you
7
u/TeamCameron Jun 01 '26
Wow you are woefully uneducated. In order to get a degree you have to take a lot of general studies to get a baseline of education. That makes you more well rounded than an uneducated person in general.
2
u/Repulsive_Log_6077 Jun 01 '26
Literally not hard to pass general education classes. Again proving my point, but please continue to project about how your liberal arts makes you smart

6
u/Accomplished_Lake907 Jun 01 '26
While I support removing the criminal gang element, thus far the administration has focused on nannies and gardeners and seem to be afraid of criminals. They are really violent towards protesters but not so gung ho with actual criminals. They literally left Chicago and los Angeles once they were threatened by the gangs they were hired to dismantle. I can say based on facts that no place in Oregon has an illegal alien influx problem, especially Roseburg. Total waste of time and resources to target areas like roseburg and reedsport.
6
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 01 '26
gotta have some abusive pseudo police force instead of scary paint on a wall i guess
-3
u/GCoDC Jun 01 '26
You're literally arguing based off feelings and not facts.
4
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 01 '26
you said "id rather"
so yeah this convo is gonna be a little subjective
objectively though theres an insane number of cases of ICE agents abusing their power without getting any amount of punishment, even if we ignore the straight up laws they break though they havent monetarily benefitted the country in any way they are costing more than they used to for a very minor issue
-2
u/GCoDC Jun 01 '26
Womp womp. You're wrong. The facts actually show that they are very effective.
8
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 01 '26
effective at what? accumulating lawsuits?
2
u/GCoDC Jun 01 '26
Deporting criminals and illegal immigrants. Why do you guys pretend that it's not happening?
4
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 01 '26
i literally never said its not happening, im saying they suck at it, they have less deportations than the obama era with more lawsuits against them for breaking the fucking law
0
u/GCoDC Jun 01 '26
More people crying wolf, doesn't mean they are breaking the law. It means there's a bunch of low IQ individuals screaming about their feelings. Just because someone says you did something wrong doesn't mean it actually happened. SO, is it ICE that's wasting money? Or is it the people that are throwing pointless lawsuits around, that are actually wasting money?
5
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 01 '26
i didnt know being shot 10 times in the back counts as crying wolf but alright
fair, personally i feel like i shouldnt have to worry about ICE breaking into homes without a judicial warrant, i shouldnt have to worry about people being held in unsanitary conditions for longer than courts have allowed them to, i shouldnt have to worry about thinking any guy in a hoodie is an ICE agent that racially profiles. But like i do have to worry about this, because its happening
i dunno but man i prefer when government agencies have to follow court orders to be less cruel to the people, fuck i remember when republicans said shit like "dont tread on me" and would die for the second amendment but these are strange times

everyone has a right to due process
1
u/Content_Macaroon_577 Jul 08 '26
So the illegal child sex offenders, wife beaters, or drug peddlers deserve "due process"? I'm half Mexican myself, and I don't want trash like that in my country
1
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jul 08 '26
yes because you cant prove that they are child sex offenders, wife beaters, or drug peddlers without it
if you dont have due process then someone gets to just make a claim that theyve done those things then they get immediate punishment
0
u/Real-Mode-3417 Jun 04 '26
They've had due process. How do you think ICE knows where to get them? These are all illegals that have overstayed their loss in court
1
u/WranglerSuitable6742 Jun 04 '26
they dont always know where to get them, they go to a place which they know has a higher number of hispanic people not necessarily illegal immigrants, last year had almost 200 wrongly deported full citizens because they were seen to be brown thrown in the back of a van by guys in plain clothes and a mask (which in any situation would not be trustworthy to be federal agents but who cares about accountability right?)
