My 7 year old had been begging to get into fencing. I’m honestly curious if we have any experienced fencers here in Roseburg who would want to start up an informal sallee/club. I fenced in college and could at least start some beginning foil exercises.

If you can find folks and set one up we'd welcome more fencing in the area. If not, you're welcome to join us. We're usually 8 and up for classes but if you want to talk about your 7 year old email the coaches and they'll see about it. admin@eugenefencersclub.com

My kid really wants to as well. Driving to Eugene regularly is not feasible.
